Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, who holds it, and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Who we are
AgentFix is AgentFix Pty Ltd (ABN 89 687 514 487), operated by Jason Lawrence. Enquiry data may be held in systems operated by SalesFix Solutions Pty Ltd, a company in the SalesFix group. This policy is written for the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Last updated 19 September 2026.
What we collect, and why
If you email us. Your email address and what you write. We use it to reply to you and, if it leads to work, to do that work.
If you book a call. The booking page is Google Calendar. What you enter there (your name, your email address and anything you add) is held by Google under Google’s privacy policy and appears in Jason’s calendar. We use it to run the call.
If you subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address, held by Mailchimp. Mailchimp records when you subscribed and, by default, whether you open the emails or click the links in them. We use it to send the newsletter and to see whether anyone is reading it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
If you answer the scorecard. Nothing. Your two answers are scored in your browser and are not sent anywhere or stored.
If you just visit. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or identifying you. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Who holds it
We do, in the email and calendar accounts we operate, and so may SalesFix Solutions Pty Ltd, as set out above. The providers named in this policy (Cloudflare, Google and Mailchimp) hold what passes through them, and each may store it outside Australia, including in the United States, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking details: for as long as the conversation or the work is live, then deleted when no longer needed or when you ask. Your newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
Access, correction and deletion
Email us at hello@agentfix.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, email us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
