Three things to do before you roll out Claude

Find out what is already in use. Ask your team which AI tools they actually use, in a channel, not a survey. One question, one answer each. You will learn more in ten minutes than in a quarter of policy drafting.
Write your rules on one page. Five rules, not thirteen pages. Put them where people work. Use the one-page template.
Pick one repeatable job and give it an owner. A proposal template, a review checklist, a client email tone. Write it down as an instruction Claude can follow, with one named person who owns it. That is your first skill. Then put fifteen minutes of training in front of every licence, and put that training in new-starter onboarding, not in the rollout project.
